STEPS ON HOW TO USE NOKIA C2-01 AS A MODEM

Before connecting your phone via Nokia PC or OVI suite,There are few steps which is important to follow.                                                                                                                                                1.First you should get the packet data setting from your service provider after then serve the setting and activate them.                                                                                                                                             2.Find your phone connectivity setting>>packet data>>edit active access point>>packet data access point and set the access point name(APN) for your particular network provider.                                                                                                                                      3.Finally you can install Nokia PC suite or ovi suite and  you can download them  from the Nokia website ,Follow the simple prompts and it will install all the driver  for your phone,When the phone has been detected  and its read to be used via Nokia suite so you may click on the icon that let you to connect to the internet.Chose your operator and then click connect,In case your operator is not listed you may click on the manually setting and when iyt ask for phone number enter ***99## and you may leave the user name and password field blanks then finally click connect.
