HOW TO INSTALL PRINTER IN WINDOWS

Before you use a printer in a window you must first install a printer drive so that window will know what kind of printer you have and what type of capability of printer does have,So you will do the following though the window control panel or apart from that  you will use the installation disk provided by the printer manufacture.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       INSTALLING FROM AN INSTALL DISK                                                                                         Some printer have a set of disk that you need to install for your printer to operate properly,To install a printer drive put the first disk into A:\ Drive and press ENTER example in WIN 95 click on start then run then give the name of the install program and press ENTER. U should follow the direction on the screen to correctly install the program normally this type of program automatically make the changes in the control panel for user                                                                                                                                             INSTALLING FROM THE CONTROL PANEL                                                                                 In the program manager screen move into the main window and then double click into the control panel ,When the control panel comes up,Double click on the printer a screen will appear that instruct you what kind of printer you currently have installed ,Click on the ADD bottom and then click in the name of printer you want to install ,If the name does not appear on the list select unlisted printer into the A:\ drive to load the necessary window printer driver so when you re boot mind Will able to use a new printer
