A resistor is a material that limits or resist the flow of current from one direction to another. It has two point of contact to which the resistor can be connected to an electrical circuit.                                     RESISTANCE.Is the characteristics of the resistor to oppose or indicates the measurement of current opposition,it is measured in ohm.Resistance is given by the ratio of voltage to current which is referred as an ohms law.                                                                                   OHM.This is the amount of resistance which is passes in one ampere of current when a one volt potential is placed across it.
