How to update the operating system (OS) on the BlackBerry Z10.!

New OS updates is now available for your handset. To make sure your Z10 stays current, follow this guide to check for and install any relevant software updates.
You can update your device in two ways, over the air and via BlackBerry Link.
To update Over the Air (OTA)
Open Settings

1. Choose Software updates
2. Select Check for updates

NOTE THAT: Updates can be very large files. We recommend you connect to a Wi-Fi network before doing a software update to avoid data charges and guarantee a stable, fast connection.

To update through BlackBerry Link:

1. Open BlackBerry Link
2. Connect the phone via USB
3. Select the device along the bottom
4. Then Click the Settings icon 
5. Click Install update
