Open the Notifications panel and press Setting. press Backup / Restore and Reset. press Reset phone. If you want to remove multimedia data on HTC One, then select Erase all data. Then press OK.
PERFORMING A FACTORY RESET USING A PHONE KEYS
If you can not turn HTC One on or access its settings, you can still perform a factory reset by using the phone buttons on HTC One.
- Press and hold the VOLUME DOWN button, and then press and hold POWER.
- Wait for the screen with three images of Android to appear, and then release the POWER and VOLUME buttons.
- Press VOLUME DOWN to select reset to factory settings, and then press POWER.
