If you're having trouble sending messages check your settings are as shown below.
- On the home screen of the Z10, select Text Messages.
- In the bottom right of the screen select BlackBerry mms icon
- This opens a sub-menu. Select Settings
- Select Text Messages.
- Select SMS .
- Select Advanced.
- Check the Service Center Address number and Save.
- Scroll down to the MMSC settings. If you need to, enter the settings shown.
- Select Save and retry sending a text or MMS. Send one to yourself, that way you can check both outgoing and incoming messages are working. Delivery can take up to five or six minutes.
