How to update software in blacberry Z10...!!!

THERE ARE 2 MAIN WAYS YOU CAN UPDATE YOUR SOFTWARE.
1.through BlackBerry Link (recommended)

To update your device software make sure your computer is connected to the internet.

1. Connect your BlackBerry z10 to your computer machine.
2. On your computer machine, open the BlackBerry Link.
3. At the bottom of the screen, click your device.
4. Click the setting icon.
5. In the Settings view, in the left pane, click Install Update.
6. The update will install and a Do not disconnect device warning sign will appear.
7. After the update has completed the device will return to the main BlackBerry Link window.

2.through BlackBerry Z10

Make sure your phone is fully charged or connected to a power source

1. On the home screen of the Z10, drag down from the top and select Settings
2. Select Software Updates. The device will detect the availlable software level.
3. Select Check for Updates. Updates will install if available.
