STEPS TO FOLLOW
On How to restore your Ascend Y100 to its factory settings.!
1.First of all Remove and replace the phone's battery.
2.Then Hold down the Power and Volume Up buttons simultaneously for approximately 5 to 10 seconds and Release both buttons when you see the Android logo. This will access the blue unlock/reset menu.
3. Once you have reached the unlock or reset menu, scroll down, using the volume keys and select ‘wipe data/factory reset’ by pressing the Power button.
4. When prompted, select ‘Yes -- delete all user data’.
5. When prompted scroll to and select reboot system now.
Your phone will then reboot to its factory settings with all security locks removed.
HOW IT WORKS
1. If you are unable to access the settings menu of your Huawei Ascend Y100 you can use the volume and power buttons to restore it to its factory settings
